Iron Gloves

We had someone call in and order a cake for a business. It’s our first one, and it’s for a boxing gym, Iron Gloves. At first we thought we’d do a diorama type cake with everything you see in a gym from Kettlebells to punching bags. But then they called back and would really just like their logo in 3D. At first I was disappointed–I mean–how cool can the logo be. But let me tell you—it’s going to be awesome. It’s just an old school boxing glove laying on a black slab with it’s laces and everything—and then an antiqued banner furled over it with the “Iron Gloves” name piped on.
